Technical Report No. 1: Structural Concepts &
Existing Conditions Report

This report studies the structural existing conditions of the IAC/InterActiveCorp Headquarters. Included in this report is wind, seismic, and gravity analyses, as well as prevalent codes and a detailed description of the structural system.

Technical Report No. 2: Alternate Floor Framing Systems Report
This report examines 3 alternative flooring systems for use in the IAC/InterActiveCorp Headquarters. Potential systems were designed and compared to the existing for their feasibility, based on factors such as cost, floor depth, weight, fire-proofing and constructibility.

Technical Report No. 3: Lateral System Analysis and Confirmation Design Report
This report examines the lateral system of the IAC/InterActiveCorp Headquarters. Included in this report is a study of torsion, overturning, and strength checks. Hand calculations and an ETABS model were used for this analysis.

Please note that any full structural plans of the building have been removed from the reports, as was the request of the owner.
